In response to the lawsuit filed by fired Infinity Ward co-heads, Jason West and Vince Zampella, Activision has decided to file a suit of their own. The countersuit claims that West and Zampella "morphed from valued, responsible executives into insubordinate and self-serving schemers who attempted to hijack Activision's assets for their own personal gain."
